Air fried Salmon with lemon caper sauce (oven directions included)

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 11-15 minutes


For the salmon:

Preheat air fryer to 400.

Pat salmon dry with a paper towel.

Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder

Place in air fryer, skin side down.

Flip halfway through.

Cook for 11-15 minutes depending on desired doneness.

Salmon is cooked at 145 Fahrenheit

Oven directions:

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray salmon with cooking spray and place on a foil lined cookie sheet, skin side up.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reached 145.


For the sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 TBSP Capers

1/2 TBSP Dried chives

Salt & pepper


Combine ingredients in a bowl.


Serve salmon with steamed broccoli. Tip: drizzle broccoli with olive oil, salt & pepper AFTER steaming it. Trust me!!!
