Best grilled chicken ever!!

This is my go to marinade for grilled chicken


Marinade:

1 lemon (Juiced)

1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic

1 Tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

1 TSP onion powder

1 TSP cumin

1 TSP black pepper

1 TSP salt

1-2 Tablespoons olive oil


2 Chicken breasts


Combine lemon juice, oil, herbs and seasonings in a bowl.

Place chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag and pound them until they are even.

Pour marinade over chicken, in the bag and mix it around to fully coat the chicken.

Let it sit for at least thirty minutes, but no more than a couple hours, or freeze it immediately.


Once the chicken has rested in the marinade, prep the grill.

Grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Serve with grilled or steamed veggies.
