1 lb chicken tenders, or breasts sliced up in 2" strips
1 cup cornflakes, crushed finely
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper
Mix together cornflakes, parmesan cheese and salt & pepper.
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Brush each chicken piece with the mayonnaise, then roll it in the cornflake mixture, covering it completely.
Set aside to rest.
Preheat air fryer to 400.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
